Rasheed Awan, D.O.

Dr. Rasheed Awan received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Awan served his residencies at Southeastern Medical Center in Miami and at Chicago College Medical Center. He completed his internship at Westchester General Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Awan is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of American College of Osteopathic Internist. He is licensed by the state of Florida and has been a part of Gatien and Associates for more than 17 years. Dr. Awan works exclusively as a hospitalist out of Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.

William J. Davila, M.D.

Dr. William Davila received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ponce School of Medicine, Puerto Rico after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico. Serving in the United States Navy until 2008, he completed his internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas and his residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Dr. Davila is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed by the state of Florida. He has been a part of Gatien and Associates since 2008. Dr. Davila is active in clinical research as the Medical Director for Fleming Island Clinical Research and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Annabelle Matias, M.D.

Dr. Annabelle Matias received her medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico after completing her undergraduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Her internship and internal medicine/pediatric residency were both held at Summa Health System in Akron City Hospital, Ohio.

Dr. Matias is board certified from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. She has worked with Gatien and Associates since 2004. Prior to Gatien, she worked as a hospitalist at Putnam Medical Center in Palatka, Florida. Dr. Matias is fluent in both English and Spanish.

William Bosworth D.O.

William Bosworth, D.O. received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, Missouri in 1972. Post medical school graduate training was done at the Naval Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 40 years experience in Family Medicine in the Mandarin Community.

Dr. Bosworth is a life member honored by the Duval County Medical Society, American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States.

Stephanie C. Wilder, PA-C

Stephanie Wilder is a board certified Physician Assistant with Gatien and Associates. She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. Her specialty areas include: pulmonary, critical care, gastroenterology and women’s health. Wilder has been with Gatien and Associates since 2010 and is involved with research at the Fleming Island Center for Clinical Research. Prior to Gatien she served as a pulmonary and critical care physician assistant as well as a gastroenterology physician assistant in Orange Park, Florida. She is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Anne H. Witt, ARNP

Anne Witt is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner for Gatien and Associates. She holds her masters of nursing from the University of Florida, Gainesville and received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. In her role at Gatien she diagnoses and manages acute and chronic health care illnesses.

Witt’s variety of experience in nursing includes adult care, home care, childbirth education and nursing administration. She has also been an adjunct professor to nursing students at the University of North Florida and Florida State College of Jacksonville. She is a member of the Florida Nurses Association, Northeast Florida ARNP Association, Geriatric NP Association of Northeast Florida, Great 100 Nurses of Northeast Florida and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Sarah Graham, DNP, FNP-C

Sarah Graham is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner for Gatien and Associates. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida State University. She manages and treats patients with acute and chronic illnesses as well as provides comprehensive education to Gatien and Associates’ patients and families.

Prior to joining Gatien and Associates, Graham was an ARNP at an internal medicine and geriatrics practice in Clearwater, Florida, where she provided care to adult and geriatric patients including preventative examinations, PAP smears, end-of- life care and minor procedures. Graham is licensed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and volunteers in the community including the Walk to End Alzheimers.
